Cooking Directions: 1. Use 4-6 qts. Water to cook 1 lb. of pasta. 2. Do not add salt or oil to the Water, I omit them to avoid adding sodium & fat. Try a little lemon juice for flavor. 3. Bring to a rapid boil & add pasta. Let Water absorb about 4 minutes, then stir gently to prevent breakage. 4. Cooking times vary by size of the pasta. Check for doneness after 8-10 minutes. Remove a piece of pasta & bite into it; pasta should have a firm tender consistency. 5. Once done remove drain do not rinse.

Cooking Directions for any of Pasta by Sue's Breadsticks.
Pre Heat Oven to 325 degrees. If you choose melt 1/2 stick of butter or margarine and recoat (already coated once) breadsticks before baking. Place on parchment paper on baking sheet and use non stick spray. Frozen: Bake 15-16 minutes, or until a light brown color, check at 9 mins. Thawed: Bake 10-13 minutes, or until a light brown color, check at 7 mins.
